Death by Chocolate Pudding Cookies

If a brownie and a cookie had a love child, this would be the result.  These cookies are good--a cakey, brownie-like chocolate party in my mouth good.  If you have a high tolerance for rich chocolate goodness, then these babies will be no problem.  If not, have that glass of milk ready because you're going to need it.  You can thank me later.

Makes about 3 dozen

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3.9 oz package instant chocolate or dark chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips (you can substitute with other varieties))

Directions
1) In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
2) Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugars. Add the eggs one at a time until well incorporated. Add the vanilla and pudding mix.
3) Slowly add the dry ingredients just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.  Enjoy!
